Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Asia, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the USA. If you're based out of this area, please drop us an email and hopefully we can add your location to the map.
Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.
We strive to process your order within 2-3 business days, and get it delivered to you as soon as possible. Please check below to see the estimated delivery time for your location.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Some products have their own individual shipping rates and times, please read the description of each product carefully. If the product does not have any information on shipping in the description, the following shipping times will apply.
UK shipping: 3-5 business days
Canada shipping: 10 - 30 business days
USA shipping: 2-5 business days
Germany shipping: 2-5 business days
Europe shipping: 5-15 business days
New Zealand shipping: 5-10 business days
Australia shipping: 10-30 business days
Each item is made to order so although we accept returns, we ask you to take care when ordering sizes. Please carefully inspect the size chart to ensure the product is the correct size before ordering.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Please note, the postage cost to send out the new item will be covered by Walker Twenty Two, however the cost to return the initial item is to be covered by the customer.
New items will be sent out only after old items have been received.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
